Announcements for November 22

The information that follows is meant to serve any and all that are ‘formally’ or ‘informally’ a part of the family of Greenville Grace Church. If this is applicable to you, read on! CROWN FINANCIAL CLASS  |  Grace will once again offer the opportunity to participate in the Crown Biblical Financial Study.  This is a 10-week study based upon God’s principles concerning our personal finances and stewardship of His resources.  Mike Gallagher and Monty Stump will be leading the study.  Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings from 7 – 9 pm at Mike and Carrie Gallagher’s home in Greenville.  Classes will begin as soon as the class roster is determined and study materials arrive, hopefully by November 24.  The cost for the study materials are $65 for couples and $45 for an individual.  Class members will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The sign-up sheet can be found at the Information Counter in the Narthex.  Deadline for registration is November 15.  If you have questions, please call Monty Stump (423-4876), Mike Gallagher (548-4426) or Marshall Gipe (547-0065).

LADIES CHRISTMAS PARTY  |   The ladies of Grace will have their annual Christmas Party on December 3 @ 7pm. Hors d’oeuvre & desserts will be provided.  Bring a wrapped Christmas ornament to exchange and come have some fun with other ladies.  MUST SIGN UP IF YOU PLAN TO COME.  Visit the Welcome Center for the sign up sheet!  Last day to sign up is next Sunday, November 29th.

CHURCH PLANT TIME OF PRAYER  |  On Sunday evening December 6th we’ll be meeting at the church at 7 pm for an update and time in prayer for the future church plant. Childcare will be provided.

GRACE MOM’S CHRISTMAS PROJECT  |  This year Grace Mom’s has the opportunity to come along side Rustic Hope for 6 weeks (Thanksgiving-New Years) to provide fresh groceries, which are donated by sponsors, to 3 families in the Arcanum area.  Grace Mom’s is seeking help from the body for pick up & delivery of groceries, collection of non-perishable food items, diapers,  and 3 sets of desserts for those 6 weeks. There are sign up sheets for delivery & desserts at the Welcome Center. All food items and diapers can go in the wrapped box by the door. CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE  | Join us on Christmas Eve @ 7p to celebrate the coming of our Savior Jesus Christ.

TOGETHER 4 THE GOSPEL TRIP | Men…we will have a small contingent heading down to Louisville April 12-14, 2016 to attend the 2016 Together for the Gospel conference. Due to a generous gift, the cost of lodging for men from Grace Church has been greatly offset (Lodging/transport/parking will cost attendees $50)!  We have room for about 20 men in our block of rooms (The Galt House). If you’d like to go, please let Marshall Gipe know (marshall@greenvillegrace.org) and get yourself registered online via the T4G website. Registration cost $249 until 2/29/16 then will increase to $329 .  Finances an issue? Contact Marshall…we’d love to see you go!

Long Story Short  | This week’s lesson: Week 77 (Worthy is the Lamb) Your Children’s Church teacher will spend time working through the basic storyline of this week’s lesson. The lessons in Old Story New (the book all of our classes use) are broken into 5 days to help facilitate a consistent, Gospel-centered family devotion time in your home. Copies of the book are available at the Welcome Center or by contacting the church office @ 937/547-0065.
