Dear Friends and Family,
What a blessing you have been to us this year. Anna and I have had an exciting year in 2011 in every way possible.
Medically, we were privileged to host the many medical teams that arrived to provide care and the gospel to people from all classes, but especially to the poor in the Dominican Republic. Our teamwork with the church planting team helps to gather crowds for the evangelism. We then return to the established churches to encourage the saints, time after time. It is Anna’s and my privilege to lead the medical evangelism team.
Full-Time Missionaries Include:
Bob and Anna Nilsen
Sadrac and Sarah Difren: In addition to his Score work Sadrac has taken over his former church-(John 3:16 Church) as pastor when Miguel went home to be with the Lord.
Part Time Missionaries Include:
Dr. Tolentino
Tim and Evelyn Wolfe
Current Staff at the Clinic:
Jackie: Nurse, assistant
Elsie: Secretary, cleaning
Dr. Eugene and Fior Grazioli: Optometrist
Volunteer Staff:
Dr. Fred Lang: Ophthalmologist
Priscilla Strothers: RN maternal child health
Facilities:
The Mike Fourman Medical/Dental Clinic located alongside the Score complex. This clinic is open weekly to the public. The clinic is finishing its fifth year of service to the local area.
Medical Clinic in the village of Monte Cristy. This is owned by the local Baptist Church, but we have been given use of it. We are currently using it for storage and to bring teams in 3 or 4 times a year. When medical missionary staffing increases we will open the clinic during the week on a regular basis.
Medical Storage Facility: This is located in the village of Monte Cristy and is owned by the local Baptist church, although we have exclusive use of it. This is used for the storage of food and medical supplies, as well as other Score supplies, in order to improve the quality of nutrition and medical care in the DR, as well as to open doors for the gospel.

The Nursing Home in the village of Monty Cristy: This is owned by the local Baptist Church, but we send multiple teams there, treat patients on a monthly basis, schedule surgeries for other persons living there, supply them with medicine, and try to improve the general conditions of the facility.

I had the privilege of teaching or preaching more than 83 times in 2011. These included teaching in the Training Point church planting ministry with Score; as English pastor at the Missionary Baptist Church in Juan Dolio; in various other churches; and with the GAP programs in the Missionary Training Center.
Truly, we can do all things, through him that strengthens us’.
NEW DOORS TO BE OPENED; NEW LABORERS IN THE HARVEST; NEW CHALLANGES TO BE FACED; GOD’S KINGDOM TO BE ADVANCED:
PRE-FIELD MSSIONARIES: These are persons whom our Lord has laid it on the hearts to labor in His harvest in the Dominican Republic.
Bill and Sally Hilchey: Language school and deputation. Duties yet to be assigned. Para medic trained.
Frank and Jo Ogle and family: Deputation. Duties yet to be assigned. Organization and translation.
In addition, Jackie, Elsie, and Dr Grazioli and his wife Fior are considering more full-time status with Score as missionaries.
Elsie will be heading our new ministry-Manos Limpias y Corazon Puro, the new cleaning ministry at the large public health hospital nearby.
Keila Fenton: a long time friend and helper of the medical ministry of Score International recently graduated from Dental School and will soon join the staff of the medical evangelism ministry.
Priscilla Strothers: Praying about a teaming up with the Training Point discipleship program and providing training for first reponders in multiple villages.
Priscilla Strothers and Jackie: Praying about a breast screening training program in villages, again using the Training Point discipleship program as a partner. It has been one of our great pleasures to partner with Aby and Gladys and family in the discipleship programs.
In preparing for these many changes the Mike Fourman Clinic is undergoing a massive remodeling and transformation!

Please pray, as we look forward to future ministry advances. 2012 promises to be an exciting year in the fields of the Lord!
Anna and I are thankful for our Lord’s faithfulness through you in 2011. Our current support level stands at 65%. This coming year is our 40th anniversary and we are planning on spending 2 additional months in the US (total-August thru November). Please pray as we maintain two residences for 4 months at the end of 2012. In Addition, because we lead this ministry we incur additional expenses in insuring it is maintained. We would love to be used by our God to open other countries for medical evangelism as well. All of this comes thru the gracious provision of our Father and your supply.
Please consider supporting one of the missionaries, by name, so that we can either stay on the field or others may arrive on the field and continue the harvest in Jesus Name.
